Room is neat and clean. Service is excellent Very clean and well designed hotel with excellent staff who help you and support your needs. The cleanliness was amazing. The hotel ambiance. Hotel restaurants we tried were excellent especially thanks for Nemkumar

Had a great time with my family, We enjoyed the facilities provided . I specially thank Nitu and Ashish for the warm welcome and a very good interaction with our kid We really enjoyed outstanding services at Premium lounge access. See you untill next time.

Mohit was amazing he cleaned my uniform amazingly. He was very polite and extremely professional, helped me order room service and showed me where the cash machine was, thank you for taking time out of your busy day to help me with my tasks. Can’t wait to visit again

Love it here!!! My room is always so clean! Nem Kumar is always so good to me! Definitely stay here! Calm hotel, breakfast is delicious and the staff is very kind! I will always stay here as long as they have room for me. I’ve been here several times and never disappointed!

We were very lucky to be upgraded from the Towers to the Palace and would like to thank the management for the gesture. We felt spoilt and special from when we entered the building until we left. The attention to detail, cleanness, helpfulness of staff, beautiful room and spread at breakfast all contributed to our wonderful stay! We could not have asked for more. Thank you again.
